A technopreneur with a zest for innovative ideas, Rajesh brings with him a rich and varied portfolio of experience across IT-enabled services, technology, media & communications, manufacturing and marketing domains.
As CEO, Rajesh provides the strategic direction and vision to all Powerweave businesses.
In 1987, Rajesh co-founded Genesis Integrated Services (GISL), a direct marketing company focused on the Information Technology and Financial Services sectors with a clientele such as BankAm, ABN Amro, SCB, ITC Threadneedle, DSP Merrill Lynch, IBM, SISL, Fujitsu-ICIM and Compaq.
In 1996, Rajesh co-founded Powerweave UK Ltd. in the UK focused on application services and resource supply to the process and manufacturing industries. Powerweave (UK) Ltd. operated to a business model where all client facing and project-planning functions were managed on-shore. The development and supply services are offshore, and delivered out of India. Key clients included BOC Edwards, McDermott Engineering, Burlington Resource, eCash, Bemrose Plc., The Astron Group and Broadway Plc.
